House rules

  • Payment: 50% advance payment at the time of reservation and the remaining 50% upon arrival.
  • Check-in: 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM
  • Check-out: 12:00 PM (noon). If you check out later, an additional fee of COP $50,000 per hour will apply.
  • Pets: YES, maximum 1.
  • Events Allowed: NO
  • Smoking Allowed: NO
  • Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
  • Additional Rules: La Martinera properties are for relaxation. Parties and loud noise are NOT allowed as they disturb the peace of other guests.
  • Minors: All minors must present their birth certificate (registro civil). According to Law 2068, Article 33, minors are NOT permitted to enter without their parents.
