RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF LA MARTINERA RENT HOME
A) LA MARTINERA RENT HOME will provide the GUEST with night-by-night rental service of an apartment, house, farm, among other properties and their accessories, upon payment of the current fees and prices at the time of service provision. The provision of these services will be subject to availability and to the schedules, shifts, or physical availability of the supplies, goods, facilities, or spaces necessary for it.
B) LA MARTINERA RENT HOME has available to the public the rates, service prices, check-in time, and check-out time, to which THE GUEST is subject.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE GUEST
A) THE GUEST declares to know the rate, fees, and prices of La Martinera Rent Home and accepts that these may be modified without prior notice.
B) THE GUEST undertakes to pay 50% of the reservation value in cash or by credit or debit card, no later than 5 days before their arrival, and to pay the remainder before entering the accommodation. The day of accommodation comprises a period of 21 hours of the GUEST's stay, starting from 03:00 p.m. until a maximum of 10:00 p.m. as check-in time, until 12:00 p.m. as check-out time from the accommodation. Partial use of the day incurs a payment of $12 USD per additional hour, subject to availability. THE GUEST must present their original physical identification document before checking into the accommodation; otherwise, they will not be able to enter La Martinera Rent Home accommodations.
C) THE GUEST will be responsible even for slight negligence regarding their obligations and those of their companions. Any unregistered person using the accommodation exclusively reserved for THE GUEST must register and pay the corresponding value for the additional person for that accommodation.
D) THE GUEST must maintain good conduct during their stay and not engage in behaviors that impair coexistence, such as parties or loud noises that disturb the peaceful environment of other residents or guests; this could be grounds for suspension of services. LA MARTINERA RENT HOME will refrain from providing its services when the GUEST's behavior or attire is not appropriate.
E) THE GUEST agrees to use the furniture and, in general, the facilities of La Martinera Rent Home appropriately, keeping them in the condition in which they are found, and therefore, will be responsible for any damage or loss of elements and goods of La Martinera Rent Home even for slight negligence. In case of total or partial loss or damage to the goods of La Martinera Rent Home, due to a cause attributable to THE GUEST or their dependents, the GUEST will acknowledge the price set by LA MARTINERA RENT HOME.
TERMINATION OF LODGING
Lodging terminates:
A) Upon expiration of the agreed fixed term.
B) For breach of any of the parties' obligations. The GUEST's breach will not exempt them from paying the full fee for the agreed term.
C) When the contract is for a determined term, it will terminate upon its expiration; in which case, LA MARTINERA RENT HOME may dispose of the property. In case of early termination, THE GUEST must pay the corresponding fee for the term agreed upon in this contract (Early departure), unless there is a reasonable cause that, in the judgment of La Martinera Rent Home, warrants early termination of the contract.
WARNING:
A) THE EXPLOITATION AND ABUSE OF MINORS IN COLOMBIA ARE FULLY JUDGED CRIMES WITH DEPRIVATION OF LIBERTY.
La Martinera Rent Home protects children and adolescents from all types of sexual and commercial exploitation (ESCNNA). B) Every minor child must enter and remain in the company of their parents or a responsible adult. For this, it is essential to present the minor's identification document, which allows La Martinera Rent Home to establish a kinship between the minor and the accompanying adult. Additionally, for persons other than the parents, they must present a physical written document of an Extrajudicial declaration signed by a notary. LA MARTINERA RENT HOME
WILL NOT allow lodging registration for anyone who does not comply with this condition.
